Andrew Schmidt, Founder and CEO

Andrew is an operator, advisor, and strategist with more than 15 years of experience leading at the intersection of credit, operations, and customer experience.

Prior to SchmidtCo, he spent the majority of his career working for large, complex lending environments and building systems that work - for the business and the people who run it. Most recently, he led SMB credit operations at Enova, scaling funding from $3M/mo to more than $350M/mo.

Now, he partners with founders, operators, and investors to bring structure, cadence, and execution to growth-stage companies. He helps fast-moving teams scale with structure and clarity to improve their operations through:
